In November 2023, Victoria Police Legacy, in conjunction with Rotary District 9800's ‘World of Difference’, undertook a life-changing humanitarian, personal development experience for Young Adult Police Legatees (VPAL's), aged 18 to 25 years old, in Cambodia.
VPL are humbled to be returning to Cambodia this November, with a new group of VPAL's, and a second group of returning VPAL's determined to continue their humanitarian work.
