Congratulations to Police Veteran and VPL volunteer, Bruce Mitchell, for receiving the ‘Certificate of Appreciation’ at the Victoria Police Legacy Christmas Luncheon for the outstanding support he has provided to Victoria Police Legacy over many years. Bruce is retiring as a VPL volunteer, and it was a great way of thanking Bruce for his tireless work.
