What an incredible 12km adventure this great group of police legatees experienced through Lerderderg State Park on Saturday! From narrow single tracks to wider management trails, the group were rewarded with stunning views of the ranges and had plenty of chances to chat, make new friends, and catch up with old ones along the way.
The group explored the wild and rugged terrain around Simmons Reef, taking in the breathtaking 300-metre deep gorge that stretches south to the plains of Bacchus Marsh. The ups and downs definitely got the legs and lungs working, but the views made every incline worth it!
